5 minutes before closing the ballot boxes. An elderly woman takes her voting-paper to the booth, marks her vote, folds the paper and collapses in a voting booth. Her vote can be decisive. To whom is her vote important and to whom is it unworthy? What to do now? The commitee splits into two?just like the country does.
